Online shopping is causing me mass stress. I now have three dates booked in, but this just adds to the pressure of putting stuff in the basket to hold the slot and remembering to edit and tweak stuff in the basket, otherwise I will only end up with a bottle of gin. The next delivery is Tuesday and the cut off for tweaking is Monday so I go online to check what I have and what I need or might need by Monday. I managed to do this but then can’t complete the booking and am now in danger of losing the whole thing! Arrgggghhhh! I have a post it note on the side with a list of meals for the week. Husband adds two onto the bottom, both of which I have none of the ingredients for and they are not in my shopping basket for Tuesday.

I am still adjusting to being at home on a Sunday. I miss my job and volunteers. And the opportunity to find treasure! I love a charity shop rummage, but when you work in one, it’s even better! You never know what will be donated and its great when you sell lots, because that’s ‘stuff’ not going to landfill but to use with someone else.

As it is Sunday I am cooking a roast. No one in the house really likes a roast except me, so I am cooking a full roast dinner for me. The happy little people and Husband will eat parts of a roast, but only I will eat roast chicken, roast potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli cheese, carrots, and Yorkshire pudding. It’s a lot of effort, but it’s worth it!

We have three butterflies; three out of the five caterpillars have completed the process. We think there is one more butterfly to come but one caterpillar looks suspiciously dead. Twin One has decided that Gerald is the dead one. I think Husband and I are more intrigued by the butterflies than the happy little people. As per the instructions we put sugar water on a tissue and a few flowers into the net basket for them to eat. It’s fascinating to watch as their long tongue comes out. They start to fly a bit and Cat spots them…       This evening I do a zoom class with my lovely yoga community, it’s actually quite nice doing a class at home, means you can roll straight into bed and no one knows or minds if you fart during a downward facing dog. However, you can be seen, so I put my lovely leopard print jogging bottoms on and put a brush through my hair even though it’s questionable as to when it was last washed.
